New dishes in Nofar restaurant.
Seasonal vegetables are represented in the new dishes. You may take as a starter sweet potato, fig, chili and goat cheese salad (600 rubles) or young spinach salad with royal dates, almond flakes and pickled red onion (650 rubles).
First course – cold Arabic vegetable, bulgur and herbs soup (400 rubles) and Moroccan tomato ginger, lime juice, cilantro, basil and parsley soup (400 rubles). As a main course dorado fillet (1150 rubles) is served.
There are many dishes among the desserts. Goat milk, chopped pistachios, strawberry, apricot and honey syrup with thyme malabi (450 rubles), honey cake with dried plum and spices (350 rubles), hot baklava with homemade plombir (400 rubles), coconut cookies with spicy cherry (60 rubles) and also pies with seasonal berries (500 rubles each): with strawberry and blueberry or with currant and sweet cherry.
