Nofar restaurant in the selection of new spring projects.

Mighty union of Arkadiy Novikov and Uilliam Lamberti opens the restaurant of Moroccan cuisine .

Restaurateur  Arkadiy Novikov and brand-chef Uilliam Lamberti (Ugolёk, Severyane, Zizo, Salumeria and others) became partners: this spring they launch their first collaborative project – restaurant of Maroccan cuisine Nofar.

They divided spheres of work: Novikov will be engaged in management, Lamberti will take on kitchen and bar. Other details are not revealed. But they promise to make the project as bright as the famous Moroccan orange. The project will be opened on the territory of former Badaevskiy brewery, where fro half of year has been working another Novikov’s restaurant “Syrovarnya”.
