Restaurateur Arkady Novikov and chef Uilliam Lamberti (Ugolёk, Sdveryane, ZIZO, Salumeria and others) again became partners. Before the opening Nofar was presented as Moroccan restaurant, but in fact there are not many Moroccan dishes. Rather it is a the middle East orientation in general – hummus, Baba Ganoush, tahini with sumach, lots of meat, several tagines, grilled dishes.
