Restaurants in Moscow, which were opened in summer.
On the Kutuzovskiy prospect Moroccan restaurant Nofar was opened, the first collaborative project of Arkady Novikov and Uilliam Lamberti. Oddly enough the idea to open Moroccan restaurant came to Lamberti in Israel. There he met Moroccan chefs, who introduced him this cuisine.
Menu of Nofar consists of traditional Moroccan and Mediterranean dishes. Wide range of starters and vegetables, different kinds of couscous, baba ganoush, hummus, tahini. The focus is on grilled dishes. Vladimir Kolganov (Villa Sumosan, Chainaya, Tea&Cocktails, Ugolek) created bar menu.
Other restaurants, which were opened in summer: night bar “Nikel”, “Meatless”, “Seven”, “BRO&N”.
