Tomas Kassa, the new chef at Salumeria, started to work. Recently he worked in Italy and London, including Dolce&Gabbana restaurant and Just Cavalli Café and London’s Aimo&Nadia with two Michelin stars. He didn’t change rustic elements in the menu, but made it wider and more diverse. Dishes of the restaurant prove the famous proverb about the simplicity of genius. There is no reason to make something complex, for example, raspberry with stingray wings or passion fruit with scallop. You’d better cook simple meat lasagna or whole Dorado with lemon and people will come to you.
