Light, tender, but a little bit spicy tomato soup is a perfect variant for the after-new-year meal. By the way, it is very easy to cook.

Ingredients:

  • 26 gr of ginger
  • 26 gr of chili pepper
  • 53 gr of shallots
  • 1300 gr of tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 lime
  • 4 gr of olive oil

Cut ginger, shallots and chili pepper into small cubes. Fry them together for 2-3 minutes. Add 0,5 l of water and stew them. Peel tomatoes and cut them into small cubes. Mix stewed vegetables with tomatoes and cook on a low heat for 15 minutes. Add honey and lime juice. Mix everything thoroughly. Add drop of olive oil in each portion before serving. Moroccan tomato soup is ready!
