Bruschetta with crab

Ingredients:

  • 100gr baku tomatoes, diced
  • 50gr  avocado, peeled and diced
  • 50gr cocktail sauce
  • 50gr crabmeat
  • 70gr iceberg lettuce, chopped
  • 5ml olive oil
  • wholegrain bread
  • tarragon

For the cocktail sauce:

  • 100gr mayonnaise
  • 15gr ketchup
  • 5ml tabasco
  • 10gr garlic
  • 5ml cognac

Mix all the ingredients together to make the cocktail sauce.
Toast the bread until crusty and spread with the cocktail sauce.
On top of this place the chopped lettuce, crab, avocado, tarragon and tomatoes.
The bruschetta with crab is ready!
