Ingredients:

  • package of lasagna dough
  • 400g spinach
  • 500g boletus
  • 300g mozzarella
  • 100g parmesan
  • 200g butter
  • 200ml milk
  • 100g onion
  • nutmeg
  • olive oil
  • walnut
  • pepper
  • salt

Cooking béchamel:
Melt butter in a stewpot, add flour and stir. Then pour warm milk and whip the mass. Add some salt and a little nutmeg.
Cooking lasagna:
Fry the mushrooms. Boil the spinach and let it cool. Boil the dough to semi-readiness. Put a part of béchamel sauce into a tray, oiled with butter, then place a layer of dough, then another part of the sauce, then a part of the mushrooms, a part of cut spinach, part of mozzarella and parmesan. Then put the products in the following order: the béchamel, the dough, the béchamel, the mushrooms, spinach, mozzarella, parmesan, the béchamel, the dough, the béchamel, the mushrooms, spinach, mozzarella, parmesan. On the top of this put another layer of dough, a portion of béchamel, mozzarella and parmesan. Put it in the oven at 180C till it is ready. Take it out of the stove, cut into pieces. Place béchamel and lasagna on a plate, decorate with fried mushrooms and walnuts, spinach leaves and parmesan.
