Prawns millefeuille

Ingredients:

  • 3 slices of bread
  • 60g prawn
  • 10g rocket
  • 30g oyster sauce
  • 30g egg sauce
  • 150g cucumbers
  • 1 avocado
  • sun-dried tomatoes
  • zucchini
  • corn
  • fresh greens
  • pepper
  • salt

Cooking:
Spread a slice of bread with egg sauce, then put zucchini, corn, rocket, avocado, sun-dried tomatoes, cucumbers. Spray it with oil and pour with the oyster sauce, then put the fried prawns, then put another piece of bread and repeat the order of products and repeat the procedure with the last slice of bread. Put the dish on a plate and decorate with the fresh greens. The dish is ready. Bon appétit!
