Red shrimps with vegetables

Ingredients:

  • Argentinean shrimps 3-5
  • Carciofi alla Romana 65 gr
  • Taggiasche olives 6 gr
  • Pitted olives 4
  • Vegetable marrows 70 gr
  • Lemon ¼
  • Wine vinegar 2 ml
  • Shallot
  • Parsley
  • Garlic
  • Thyme
  • Garlic oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

 

Recipe:

Marinate olives with garlic, thyme, chili pepper, shallot and parsley. Blanch vegetable marrows, slice it and marinate with garlic and thyme.  Add wine vinegar, then olive oil, salt and pepper. Then roast shrimps with artichokes.

Lay out marinated vegetable marrows and olives on a plate. Then shrimps and artichokes. Put lemon next to it and sprinkle with shallot, pour garlic oil.

The dish is ready.  Bon Appetit!
