Sirniki with assai berries
- 685gr 9% cottage cheese
- 3 egg yolks
- 80gr of flour
- 130gr sugar
- 100gr assai berries, puréed.
- 4gr salt
Mash the cottage cheese well with a fork or chop up in a blender.
Add the egg yolks, sugar and a pinch of salt in a bowl and mix well.
Sieve the flour into the bowl and mix.
Divide the mixture up and create little balls. Make a deepening in the middle of each ball and carefully put the assai berry puree in there. Cover the top of the ball.
Preheat a frying pan and melt the butter in it. Once it is hot, fry the sirniki.
The dish is ready.
