There are two types of lula kebabs, juicy dish of minced meat. More spicy and authentic is lula with halal lamb.
For the veal shish kebab the meat is pre-marinated with onion and thyme. Chicken breast and chicken thigh are marinated in tomatoes, salt, pepper and onion. All shish kebabs are served with thin flat bread and potatoes, pickled red onion, herbs and baked vegetables with homemade adjika.
