New tajines in the menu of Nofar restaurant.

Tajines are very popular among the visitors of Nofar restaurant. Chef Alexander Zhirebitskiy enlarged the assortment of saturated, spicy and juicy dishes. He uses traditional recipes, combining authenticity with Moscow people tastes.

There are: stewed lamb with chickpea, chili and Jerusalem artichoke (1150 rubles), rabbit with cumin, leek, dried fruits and pickeled lemon (950 rubles), chicken in “Ras-el-hanut” spices with fried vegetables and grapes (890 rubles), perch in fish broth with mussels, calamari, fennel, potato and tomatoes (850 rubles), confit duck legs with potato, dried apricots, dried plums, chickpea, chili, bell pepper and cilantro (920 rubles). There is also vegetable version of tajin (550 rubles): sweet potato, pumpkin, ginger, zucchini, carrot, onion, raisins, dried apricots and chickpea. All tajines are strewed with dill and green onion before the serving.
