Uilliam Lamberti, brand chef and co-owner of restaurants with original cuisine Uilliam’s and Porketteria ZIZO, became a guest editor of the column “Food and recipes” in February. In his latest column he shared the dessert for those who are in love with each other and with chocolate. Onion – 100 gr
Peeled apple – 100 gr
Peeled chicken egg (boiled) – 150 gr (3)
Cleansed herring – 500 gr
Bread (baguette) – 140 gr
Vegetable oil – 20 ml
Mix all ingredients (herring without oil, onion, bread, boiled eggs, apple) and mince them. After that add vegetable oil and mix everything.
Vorschmack is ready!
