The recipe of the tea, which was invented in a partnership with Grazia magazine.

Two drinks were made especially for Grazia magazine. They are warming mango and ginger tea and GRAZIANISTA cocktail. Bar chef presents the recipe.


For 1 tea-pot:

120 ml of mango puree

50 ml of lemon juice

30 ml of sugar syrup

20 ml of ginger juice

1 lime leaf

1 cinnamon stick

2 gr of clove

2 gr of cardamom

Cooking method:

  • Mix mango puree and lemon juice. Add to the mixture sugar syrup, ginger juice and 1-2 lime leaf.
  • You may also add spices like cinnamon sticks, cloves, anise or cardamom.
  • Pour hot water.
  • Mix everything and heat it. The tea is ready!
