Gastronomic set at Nofar restaurant.
During October Moscow gastronomic festival takes place in the capital. More than 100 Moscow restaurants present set of their best dishes. The cost is the same, 1900 rubles.
Nofar restaurant of Arkady Novikov and Uilliam Lamberti represents African continent. The set consists of four dishes. The starter is Maghreb tabbouleh, which is served on a yoghurt sauce with warm pita. The first course is Harira lamp and spicy soup. Marinated in ayran and spices and fried in butter chicken with spicy pumpkin and pomegranate seeds is served on a main course. Malabi dessert with fresh plum and pistachios is served as a dessert.
