The recipe of fried Suluguni cheese with omelet tomatoes of Nofar restaurant.

240 gr of Suluguni cheese

8 eggs

8 cherry tomatoes

60 gr of flour

10 gr of butter



Step 1. Fry Suluguni cheese in flour in plant oil. Grease a pan with butter before cooking.

Step 2. Finely whisk chicken eggs with salt and pepper. Pour them on a pan.

Step 3. Put fried Suluguni cheese and cherry tomatoes on eggs. Bake the dish for 10 minutes in an oven at a temperature of 180 degree. Decorate with fresh herbs before serving.
