New gastronomical place at Patriarch’s Ponds where Uilliam is responsible for the kitchen and, as a brand chef, sets it’s trends. Pinch has an open kitchen. So that guests can literally be placed at the table at which cooks serve dishes out.
Soul of the restaurant are antique renovated cast-iron stoves (USA) 19-20 st. All dishes, apart from cold snacks, are grilled or prepared on the stoves. Everything is done with wood, open fire and charcoal, therefore our food has a savour. Our stoves are absolutely lifelike, each has it’s own character and whims.
Open kitchen occupies the bulk of the parlor which neatly becomes sidewalk. Menu – one sheet; food is under strict Uilliam’s control; dishes change regularly.
