    The soul of the restaurant – is antique restored cast iron stoves (USA) 19-20 st. All meals in the restaurant, in addition to the cold snacks, prepared in the ovens or grill. Everything is done with wood, open fire and charcoal, so the taste of it’s food is special. Each furnace is absolutely alive, with its own character and whims.

    New gastronomical place on Patriarch’s Ponds, Uilliam is responsible for the kitchen and sets the direction as a brand chef. Pinch has open kitchen. Guests can literally be placed in the same table where the cook serves to feed.
