Mini-potatoes with mushrooms and onions
- Mini-potatoes 160 gr
- Red onion 80 gr
- Oyster mushrooms 30 gr
- Porcini mushrooms 30 gr
- Olive oil
Wash potatoes and boil in water with lemon. No need to peel the potatoes.Boil mushrooms in salted water and fry them. Cut onions into large rings and fry. Put potatoes in a pan, add butter, onions, mushrooms mix and parsley.
Lay out potatoes, onions and mushrooms on a plate, sprinkle with shallot, parsley and fennel.
