Quinoa salad



  • 55g quinoa
  • 45g sun-dried tomatoes
  • 10g red onion
  • 5g cilantro
  • 10g garlic oil
  • 22ml lime juice
  • 20ml yuzu sauce
  • 105ml soy sauce
  • 25ml lemon juice
  • salt
  • pepper
  • sugar

Cook the sauce:

Mix lime juice, yuzu sauce and soy sauce. Add some sugar. Whip the sauce.

Cook the dish:

Soak quinoa and onion rings in cold water for 15 minutes. After that put quinoa into salted boiling water

and cook till ready, then mix it with tomatoes, cilantro and onion.  Dress the salad with garlic oil, yuzu

sauce and lemon juice.

The dish is ready. Bon appétit!
