Half of restaurants, which participate in Moscow Restaurant Week, decided to prolong stating menu till the 21-st of July.
Tuna and horse meat, beef and salmon, seasonal vegetables and mango with papaya. Chef created very unusual tartars. This dish was made of burnt beef heart, it was served as éclairs, burn with iron, served with different sauces.
