Passion Sour cocktail

made by Nikita Gankin chef-bartender of Montifiori restaurant


  • 45 ml of white rum
  • 15 ml of dry vermouth
  • half of passion fruit
  • 30 ml of passion fruit pure
  • 15 ml of lemon and lime fresh
  • 15 ml of egg white
  • 15 ml of fructose syrup

Cooking method:

  1. Mix all ingredients and whip in shaker.
  2. Add ice and mix another time.
  3. After that strain the mixture and decorate the cocktail with half of passion fruit.
