Passion Sour cocktail
made by Nikita Gankin chef-bartender of Montifiori restaurant
- 45 ml of white rum
- 15 ml of dry vermouth
- half of passion fruit
- 30 ml of passion fruit pure
- 15 ml of lemon and lime fresh
- 15 ml of egg white
- 15 ml of fructose syrup
- Mix all ingredients and whip in shaker.
- Add ice and mix another time.
- After that strain the mixture and decorate the cocktail with half of passion fruit.
