Uilliam Lamberti – one of the brand chefs at Ginza has finally opened his own place – Uilliam’s. And it was not, however, without partnership, in this case, with one of the partners of “Ginza”, which gave reason to think, that Uilliam’s was a new project of the holding. Either way, this place has just what is called, “boomed”.
The concept – a completely non-smoking place “just around the corner” with a smart open kitchen, which is a center point for everything. Not without reason William asserts that everyone who wants to cook in this kitchen can easily do it. However, the original food made by Uilliam himself is, probably, the true reason why people keep coming here. And it is wonderful.
